Chewy Ginger Cookies

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a great summer. Yesterday I made a batch of my Chewy Ginger Cookies and after eating a couple my husband John turned to me and said, “These are some of the best cookies you make.” I have to agree with him, they are really tasty. Haven’t been baking these for too long. Actually, I had tried several different recipes and finally decided to come up with my own version. Hope you like them.
